Why? Because we're usually busy in the kitchen making Schnitzels, stirring sauces, and keeping everyone's plates full!  Our email is only checked occasionally, and we'd hate to miss your reservation.  A quick phone call is the fastest way to reserve your table and make sure everything is ready for your visit.
