Sheri's Mediterranean Stuffing

Make your regular stuffing recipe, 8 cups bread cubes with (dice 1 onion, 1 stalk celery, 1 carrot) and replace your herbs/spices with 1/2 cup chopped black and 1/2 cup chopped green olives, 1/ 2 cup chopped sundried tomatoes, 2 tablespoons chopped capers, 1 teaspoon minced garlic, salt and pepper to taste, moisten with turkey gravy. Place into a greased casserole dish, cover with parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350*F oven for approximately 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160*F


Sheri's Indian Stuffing

Make your regular stuffing recipe, 8 cups bread cubes (with 1 diced onion, 1 diced stalk celery, 1 diced carrot). Replace your herbs/spices with 1 chopped apple, 1/2 cup chopped dates, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup dried apricots, 1 teaspoon Garam Masala (or more if desired), salt & pepper to taste. Moisten with 1/2 cup Apple Juice and turkey gravy. Place into a greased casserole dish, bake in a 350* F oven for approximately 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160*F.
