Saute (fry ) until limp, 1 onion, sliced, 1 red and/or green pepper, sliced, and 1 cup sliced mushrooms in butter in a large pan on the stove. Add sliced turkey and gravy and heat through. Serve on top of cooked french fries or onion rings or roasted potato wedges. Top with shredded cheese or cheese curds. Enjoy, Prost!
